Shape People

Shape People, often referred to as Shapes, are a distinctive species bearing superficial similarities to humans, primarily their fleshy composition. They possess flatter faces with no visible noses or ears, although their auditory and olfactory functions remain unimpaired. Their head hair seamlessly blends with their skin, which, along with their hair, can exhibit any color across the full visible spectrum.
Many Shape People display antennae of varying styles and forms, typically vestigial in nature. Body and facial hair occur only as a result of recessive genetic traits. Their most defining feature is the geometric shaping of their heads, often resembling three-dimensional polygons such as cubes, spheres, or triangles. This, combined with their genetic adaptability, enables them to exhibit mixed traits from Animal People and humans when interbreeding occurs.
Biology and Genetics
Shape People possess highly adaptable genetics allowing for a range of hybridization with other species. Their skin pigment is not tied to melanin but a complex reflective structure. Antennae structures, though vestigial, occasionally serve sensory functions. Their lack of external noses and ears does not impair their perception, with internal structures fulfilling equivalent roles.
